Congrats to all our ladies that participated in the Heraean Games this weekend. You can check out the results here. Special congrats to Michelle M who placed 4th in her division in her very first competition. We also want to recognize Team "Tough Titties" who placed 3rd in the team division. Team members: Erika D and Terri S from CrossFit BGI and Maria C and Lisa H from CrossFit Malitia. Congrats ladies!!
