50 Handstand Push-ups

50 Toes-to-Bar

50 Shoulder to Overhead

90 ft. Walking Lunge (both)

Teams of 2:

100 Wallballs
100 Burpees

Each person will do 100 of each. One can not move if the other is not moving. When 1 stops, they must switch.

Row 2 St. Joe participants will row 1k first and then rest for 4 min (which does not count towards time) before breaking up Double Unders and Pull-ups as desired.
