Workout for 01/01/2012

We will have a limited schedule for 1/2/12. We will only be running OPEN GYM from 9:30-12:30. Open Gym is an alloted UNCOACHED time for gym use. You are responsible for setting up and cleaning up your own equipment. You may come in as early as 9:30 but must be complete by 12:30. We still request that you schedule online for this time.
Please also not additional schedule changes for this week on a trial basis. Your feedback is encouraged!
